Campus Trendsetter™ is a site that allows users to create profiles of their style. By accessing or using any of the Services associated with or provided through Campus Trendsetter, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Campus Trendsetter may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without warning, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Campus Trendsetter reserves the right to reject any profile submissions without reason and also reserves the right to restrict or remove your access to all or part of Campus Trendsetter Services for any reason without notice and without liability.

Eligibility. By using the services of Campus Trendsetter, you agree to these terms; represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and that you are 14 years of age or older. Use of the Website and membership in the Service are void where prohibited.

Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Campus Trendsetter Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by sending a message stating such through our Contact Form.

Proprietary Rights In The Service. Campus Trendsetter does not claim ownership to images or text that you post on our site. By posting your content on this site you grant Campus Trendsetter a limited license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Campus Trendsetter Services.

Member Profile. Campus Trendsetter collects information from you in registration however limited information is displayed in member profiles to protect privacy. Only first name of registrant is displayed along with the Campus member attends. “Get The Details” feature allowing site visitors to contact member, however never compromises member privacy as messages are received in mailbox inside of profile and replied to out of same inbox.

Privacy. Campus Trendsetter Services are governed by our Privacy Policy, which may be viewed at Privacy.

Limitation on Liability. In no event will Campus Trendsetter be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, exemplary, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits resulting from your use of the Website or the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Campus Trendsetter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement.
